Managed Campaign

TheITJobBoard.com Managed Campaign is a fixed-fee, 10-day advertising project, combining blanket web advertising with targeted email marketing to provide recruiters with maximum coverage of the UK IT candidate market.

Acting as a central point of contact, an account manager will screen all response and compile a shortlist of the top candidates found. You can then interview and hire as many candidates form the shortlist as you require. If we fail to deliver a pre-agreed number of suitable candidates, we will refund the fee.

The Managed Campaign is particularly suited to those clients who recognise advertising as a cost-effective method of recruiting IT staff, but do not have the resources to handle response.
