As a Technical Support Analyst you will work with customers, with the aim of providing timely resolution to queries of varying degrees of complexity. Specifically, you'll analyse the customer case and will refer to existing knowledgebase documentation as well as your own technical knowledge to find the relevant steps to resolve the issue.
Your duties will include:
- Providing technical support to customers
- Documenting and recording all activity and communication with customers
- Analysing and clarifying customer queries by troubleshooting
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Experience in technical support role, supporting software
- Knowledge of server installation and operating system configuration
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration
Providing excellent customer service is an essential aspect of this role, as is the ability to provide clear information on the appropriate solution to the problem raised.
