An excellent role for a Senior Clinical Statistician has arisen within a unique Clinical Research Organization in East Anglia. This once in a lifetime opportunity is ideal for a biostatistician who is looking to take that next step forward within their career.

As the Senior Statistician you will be responsible for the management of the biostatistics team, including the hiring and training of staff; as well as ensuring their ongoing development plans. You will also be expected to effectively oversea assigned tasks, ensuring that these adhere to the client specifications and budgets.

The successful applicant will act as the main contact for the biostatistics department and represent the company in client meetings. Key technical responsibilities will include: Producing sample size calculations, inputting into study design and statistical considerations, reviewing protocols for completeness, appropriateness of clinical design and sound statistical analysis.

The ideal candidate will hold a strong degree in statistics or related discipline with proven experience in SAS, Base (inc Macros), Stats and Graph within a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment.
