This multi-national medical devices producer, offering an excellent package and career growth potential. They are looking for a Failure Investigation Engineer to join their Customer Advocacy team.

Job
Identify root cause failure analysis for product and processes related to customer complaints
Recommend corrective/preventative actions
Identify and monitor patterns and trends in complaint issues

Duties
Review and investigate international customer complaints
Provide Documentation
Participate in vigilance reporting processes for relevant Competent Authorities and Notified Bodies

Requirements
Qualification in electronic or biomedical engineering field
Experience of clinical/hospital environments
Analytical ability to evaluate root causes at component level, in both mechanical and electrical systems and subsystems
Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards
Previous QA/RA experience within a medical device company
