ROLE/DESCRIPTION
Reporting into the Executive Director of Business Development, in this key strategic role you will be responsible for driving the CRO's European Business Development activity:
Developing new and existing client relationships
Generating annual sales targets
Leading European BD/Sales/Operational teams
Mentoring and training of Business Development staff
Negotiating client contracts
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrable track record of success in the CRO Business Development field.
