Are you a committed Oracle Developer, looking for a position within a small, friendly and highly professional team, committed to taking a lead in the development of Business Intelligence information?
The role will require you to focus your analytical and technical skills on defining requirements, process, proof of concept and delivery of applications on an Oracle 10G platform, using Business Intelligence Tools (Discoverer) and Oracle Application Express. You will also need a good grounding in Oracle database structures, SQL+, PL/SQL and Discoverer. Any knowledge or experience of Portal or HTML/Ajax/Javascript or XML would be a distinct advantage.
You will have two years experience of working as an Oracle developer, be capable of working to tight deadlines and be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Whilst it is desirable for you have experience of working with NHS data, this is not essential.
